Main Accountabilities
Team Leadership & Operations
- Lead, coach, and develop production employees to achieve safety, quality, and performance goals.
- Conduct daily team meetings and communicate operational priorities.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor utilization to meet productivity targets.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and engaged work environment.
Production Excellence
- Ensure on-time, accurate production and/or catering operations.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and operational effectiveness.
Safety & Compliance
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Maintain adherence to FDA, USDA, OSHA, HACCP, GMP, and other applicable requirements.
- Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Continuous Improvement
- Champion quality, food safety, Lean Manufacturing, and employee safety programs.
- Document processes and drive improvements that enhance productivity and operational results.
- Model company values and contribute to a culture of excellence.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 1-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing, production, food processing, logistics, airline catering, or a related operational environment.
- Proven experience managing employee performance, productivity, and operational results preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and engage employees in a fast-paced production setting.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities with the capability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
- Working knowledge of OSHA, GMP, FDA, USDA, EPA, HACCP, and related regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows-based applications.
