Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly analytical Treasury Principal to play a key role in advancing and strengthening our treasury function. This individual will lead the company's debt compliance and monitoring program while serving as a strategic partner in cash planning, liquidity forecasting, and financial analysis. The Treasury Principal will be responsible for ensuring compliance with debt obligations, providing actionable insights on cash flow and liquidity, and supporting the organization's overall financial strategy.
Reporting to the Manager of Treasury, this position will collaborate closely with the Vice President of FP&A and Treasury and other cross-functional stakeholders to optimize cash management, enhance treasury processes, and support critical business decisions. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence key stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Main Accountabilities
- Lead the enhancement and formalization of the company’s debt compliance and monitoring program, including documenting policies and procedures, establishing reporting timelines and responsibilities, preparing compliance reports for financing partners, forecasting financial covenant performance, and responding to lender inquiries.
- Support the development and ongoing refinement of the 13-week cash flow forecasting process by leveraging existing tools, processes, and cross-functional partnerships to improve forecast accuracy and visibility into liquidity trends.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support lease financing, debt structuring, capital planning, and other strategic financing decisions. Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure model assumptions, inputs, and outputs are accurate, aligned, and reflective of both internal objectives and external stakeholder expectations.
- Contribute to special projects and other treasury-related initiatives, including:
- Assisting with the management of the company’s portfolio of letters of credit.
- Supporting the execution of financing transactions and working capital improvement initiatives.
- Preparing presentations, analyses, and materials for executive leadership, lenders, investors, and other external partners related to strategic projects, financing activities, and other key business initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative business discipline required; MBA, CPA, CFA, CTP, or a master's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, or a combination of Treasury and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), with significant experience in debt covenant compliance reporting, financial forecasting, and advanced financial modeling.
- Proven track record of owning and delivering debt covenant reporting and forecasting, including analysis of EBITDA, leverage ratios, fixed charge coverage ratios, and other key financial metrics.
- Strong aptitude for working in the details of financial models, banking activity, cash flows, and financial statements, while maintaining the ability to synthesize information and communicate key business insights.
- Experience supporting organizations with multiple legal entities required; experience within multinational and private equity-backed companies strongly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, treasury operations, and financial systems, including ERP platforms (such as SAP) and financial planning tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex financial concepts, assumptions, and analyses to executive leadership and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across functions and influence key stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
