The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll be at the center of daily operations helping ensure flights are stocked and ready on time by managing important details behind the scenes. You’ll review and enter airline customer orders into our system, making sure everything is accurate and up to date so our production and operations teams can stay on track. You’ll also play a key part in keeping information organized and flowing smoothly. This includes adding flight details and meal codes, preparing and delivering reports to the right teams, and double-checking information for accuracy. Your work helps connect multiple departments, so clear communication and attention to detail are essential. This is a great fit for someone with a strong administrative background who enjoys multitasking, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Enter and update flight and meal information in our system
- Review details for accuracy and make updates as needed
- Prepare and share reports to support daily operations
- Print, organize, and deliver work orders to internal teams
- Keep teams informed with real-time updates via email, phone, or radio
- Respond to requests and help solve issues quickly
- Track and report any system or process concerns
- Follow daily checklists to stay organized and on track
What We’re Looking For in a Candidate
- Strong administrative or office support experience
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Clear communicator (written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with databases or scheduling systems is a plus (but not required)
